Tim Polkinghorne | BSG Transformation Services

Tim Polkinghorne

Listening, Questioning, Caring

Tim Polkinghorne was given the opportunity to work with a personal business coach in the early 1990’s. He went on to change his values and beliefs in a number of commercial roles in the private and public sector and volunteering roles in the third sector to become a full time professional Executive Business and Life Coach in 2005, with training from the Chief Executive Office.

In 2006, he started offering training for past clients that wanted to use the coaching tools in the workplace with their own teams. The coach training courses achieved accreditation by the National Council of Psychotherapists.

In 2007, he trained with Callahan Techniques, TFT, Thought Field Therapy to offer rapid recovery to clients with blocks and traumas that were limiting their full potential in life and business.

In 2016, he achieved the Callahan Techniques TFT advanced level with voice technology to further enhance the experience for the clients, by removing blocks and psychological reversals and psychological looping.

In 2017, he developed Coaching Leadership and Management training courses at Higher Education level 5, 6 and master degree level 7 to combine the coaching tools with leadership skills for clients

In 2020 he drafted a strategic plan to build a team of inspired, intuitive, insightful coaching professionals with instincts to ascend to the next level of high tech modern business and life skills to offer services to support forward looking free thinking successful balanced clients to navigate the new business horizons as they become more visible and closer to our everyday reality.

Jon Wroe

Connecting, Listening, Enabling 

Jon Wroe began his career in the public sector, having the privilege to work with young people in care and then leaving and after care. He moved on to the voluntary sector and established an organisation supporting young people through their transition from care to community. As CEO of ‘Derby CHANGES’ he inspired an empowerment-based approach which gained national and international interest, with Jon receiving recognition for his work by the then Prime Minister. He was asked to lecture at universities and institutions and worked across sectors winning hearts and minds in the corporate world.

In 2000 he began a journey of development through leadership, coaching and breakthrough education, learning how to truly empower people and causing teams and teamwork through effective communication and authentic leadership. Jon progressed into the world of Careers Coaching, working with individuals and groups to expand, and secure new careers, opportunities, and levels of accomplishment. Jon continues to volunteer, contributing to transformational courses impacting lives across the globe. 

In 2014 Jon leapt into the hospitality sector, having fun combining his interest in creating exceptional customer experiences with a passion for speciality coffees, teas and chocolates.

In 2019, a new opportunity presented itself and Jon began training with Reach Potential, completing Coaching Leadership and Management level 5 and now studying CLM6.   He has practiced and laid a foundation of new, high-tech coaching skills working with clients.  At the level of team his interests lie in how authentic leadership and powerful relationships inform operational excellence – causing new levels of performance. As a stand, Jon lives from love, generosity, clarity and unity; working in partnership to make a difference in the world.

Suzanne Mayumi

Loving, Feeling, Enlightening

Suzanne Mayumi is a Lifestyle Coach. She became a full time professional Executive business and Lifestyle coach in 2018 and was trained by Reach Potential in Coaching, Leadership and Management higher education level 5, 6 and 7. 

She moved to Derbyshire, England in 2018 and was born in São Paulo, Brazil, with Japanese family and speaks fluent English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Japanese. She is familiar with many different types of cultures to help people therapeutically around the world and has a global list of clients. She held initial corporate roles in the private financial markets and volunteering roles in the third sector.

In 2014, she trained with Callahan Techniques, TFT- Adv Practitioner (VT-Voice Technology), Thought Field Therapy to offer rapid recovery to clients with blocks and traumas that were limiting their full potential in life and business. In the same year, Suzanne also founded the Instituto Mente Equilíbrio & Consciência (IMEC), São Paulo, Brazil with a mission to position as an alternative for self-knowledge and physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. 

In 2015, she went on to be Leader of Strategic partners and founder of Consciência Corporativa (CCORP) Partnership, São Paulo, Brazil. Consciência Corporativa Program offers an innovative set of multidisciplinary techniques for leaders and executives. 

In 2018, she managed Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Mentoring classes to supervise TFT- Practitioners. She also lectured TFT on the post-graduation Chinese Medicine Acupuncture – SENAC-Jundiaí (University classes) in São Paulo, Brazil.

She also worked for over 16 years in the financial market in large organisations such as Banco Citibank, Banco ABN AMRO Real, Banco Santander, and Standard & Poor’s.

Charlie Clark

Nurturing, Caring, Developing

Charlie Clark began his career working on a production line for a major FMCG manufacturer. He moved through the organisation as an Engineering Manager and finally to a Shift Manager role in 2006, where he provided leadership and management for a team of 50+ people. 

As a Shift Manager Charlie took his team from a state of poor engagement to one of the top performing teams, as measured by the company’s external engagement survey, as well as improving output, quality, and safety metrics. This led to him being nominated, by his shift, for the companies Line Manager Excellence awards, winning through to the UK finals. His focus on continuous improvement led to a further assignment to re-ignite the company’s factory operating systems and at this stage he was exposed to the start of his journey into coaching.

During a major re-organisation in 2014, Charlie returned to engineering and took the role of Technical Manager for the site, at this stage he became the Line manager for the Apprentice scheme. Now working with young people at the start of their careers. He was able to bring together all the tools of line management, leadership, teamwork, coaching and technical expertise, providing deep and authentic leadership with empathy and caring. For the second time in his career, he was nominated by the apprentice team for the companies’ line manager excellence award making it through to the UK finals.

In 2017 several opportunities collided, firstly with an opportunity to work inside the companies Research Institute as the Facilities Manager, the external provider for the companies Graduate scheme asked him to partner with them, and he had his first introduction to Reach Potential. This was a “perfect storm” allowing the development of his coaching, training, and facilitation skills, whilst allowing him to contribute to the delivery of deep transformational courses taking Individual Contributors to People Leaders. Charlie completed his Masters in Coaching Leadership and Management in 2022 gaining much recognition for his Research paper and quality of coaching delivered during his continuing journey.

Gillian Tordoff

Listening, Caring, Freeing

Gillian began her coaching journey in 2006 and trained with Reach Nirvana, a National Council of Psychotherapy accredited training company, in Coaching, Leadership and Management before becoming a part time associate for Reach Nirvana whilst continuing her successful procurement career.

Combining coaching, leadership and management with disruptive procurement she has created high performing cross functional teams aligned to deliver exceptional performance and value for a number of businesses in the transport, manufacturing, FMCG and not for profit sectors.

As a protagonist and advocate for ethics and wellbeing, Gillian champions corporate wellbeing, the circular economy and ethical business models to create abundance in any business.

An empathetic coach and leader who brings out the best in people and provides support and guidance for career and personal development, Gillian is available for one-to-one and group coaching sessions and training as well as offering business transformation services.
